AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNOLOGY:
This program is designed to train students for employment and specialized training in the automotive industry. The instruction, course of study, facilities, and equipment are focused in the following areas: Electrical Systems, Automatic Transmission/Transaxle, Brakes, Engine Performance, Engine Repair, Heating & Air Conditioning, Manual Transmissions, and Suspension and Steering.

COSMETOLOGY:
These programs are designed to prepare students for the Colorado State Cosmetology Licensure examination with courses in hair and scalp treatments, hairstyling and haircutting techniques, coloring, chemical relaxers, facial massage/skin care, sanitation, laws, rules, and regulations.

GUNSMITHING:
Trinidad Campus
These programs are designed to train individuals with the basic concepts and skills needed by the professional gunsmith. Course work at the basic and advanced level includes: bench metal, machining operations, gun repair and stockmaking. A wide variety of specialized courses such as checkering, revolversmithing, competitive rifles, shotgunsmithing and pistolsmithing are also offered. All persons enrolled in the Gunsmithing Program must be able to legally own firearms.

These programs are designed to train individuals with the basic concepts and skills needed by the professional gunsmith. WELDING:
This program is designed to prepare students for professional welding construction and fabrication work. Students will receive instruction in the classroom and on projects by a NCCER Certified Instructor. Students will be taught workplace safety, applied mathematics, in addition to hands-on supervised instruction in oxyacetylene, tungsten and structural welding, pipe welding and metal arc.
